The Annapolis Police Foundation’s main priorities are to support the development of trust between the members of the Annapolis Police Department and the communities they serve.

  • Summer Camps: APD runs an annual fish camp for 500 youths.  APD also holds CSI Camp, D.A.R.E. Camp, STAIR, Sailing Camp, Xinachitl, and Joven Noble Camp

  • Police Cadets:  Part time paid positions for college students studying law enforcement. 

  • Police Kids Club: Promoting positive interactions between police and kids.   

  • Police Explorers: A separate non-profit for young persons interested in a career in law enforcement.

The foundation also supports APD’s efforts to obtain the best possible, specialized training for its officers.
